Apprenticeships
Apprenticeships are practical, hands-on learning programs that allow students to gain valuable work experience while continuing their education. They combine real-world job training with classroom learning, so you can "earn while you learn." In an apprenticeship, you work alongside experienced professionals who teach you the skills you need to succeed in your chosen career. Apprenticeships are available in a wide range of industries, from engineering and digital technology to healthcare and the arts. These programs typically last between one and four years, depending on the level of training, and at the end, you’ll have a nationally recognized qualification and work experience that employers value highly. Apprenticeships are an excellent choice for students who want to start building their careers early and enjoy learning through hands-on experience.

T-Levels
T-Levels are new, career-focused qualifications for students who prefer a practical approach to learning, designed to help you get work-ready while still in school. Equivalent to three A-levels, T-Levels combine classroom study with a substantial work placement, typically lasting around 45 days. This blend of learning prepares you for specific industries, such as digital, construction, healthcare, or engineering, by teaching both the theory and technical skills needed in that field. T-Levels take two years to complete and provide a solid alternative to traditional academic routes like A-levels, while also offering a clear pathway into skilled employment, apprenticeships, or higher education. They're a great choice for students interested in hands-on learning and looking to step confidently into their future careers.
